During my Christmas stay, the location of the hotel was ideal with stunning mountain views. The breakfast spread was quite good, and they offered very comfortable rooms with a well-equipped balcony that just added to the ambiance of the place. Moreover, the hotel had a relaxing atmosphere which made us feel at ease.
The service at the hotel was excruciating. The staff was impolite and rude, and didn't take time to explain anything to us, resulting in a very frustrating experience. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi signal was very weak, making it difficult to stay connected with the outside world. The spa facilities were closed without any prior notice and weren't available throughout our stay, which was a major disappointment. I was unhappy with the service, and the shortcomings of this hotel far outweigh the positive aspects.

The view from the room was amazing, overlooking the mountains. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. The location was convenient for visiting the nearby thermal baths.
The air conditioning was really noisy and kept waking me up at night. The shower with hydromassage didn’t work well, and the mosquito nets were all broken, allowing insects to enter the room.
